I had to sell a very grand but unusual house after I had already moved out of state. For a period of two years, the house had been listed with two other agents, and I had to fly in and out every other month to clean and maintain the house, and work on the yard. It was incredibly stressful.

I could probably write a short book on his attributes, integrity, and abilities as a Realtor. I’ll try to sum it up in something less: From the very start, Middie dove into the marketing and sale of our home. He is excellent at marketing, defining the market and targeting it effectively.
When the deal almost blew up at the last minute (literally two hours before closing), Middle stepped in and negotiated a settlement agreeable to all parties. After the closing, the buyer got cold feet and tried to cancel the deal, but Middle was right there handling things. Because of the issues involved, we had to put a lot of money into escrow for repairs and, even thought the sale was finished and commission was paid, Middle still hung in there and followed through with the escrow to see that we got the maximum return of our money.
